How we teach this class in the House of Chi?

This Vinyasa class will start with a short breathing exercise followed by a warm up. We will then flow into a couple of rounds of sun salutations (A, B, C or variations), followed by a more creative sequence. Options will be given for the more challenging poses. The class will end with stretching asanas before surrendering to our final savasana.

How we expect you to feel?

This strong and sweaty class will tone your body and help you build up strength, stamina and flexibility, leaving you feeling empowered and refreshed.

What do you need?

Mat, blocks, belt and a towel.
