How we teach this class in the House of Chi?

Designed specifically for Trimester 2 & 3 and Post Natal Students. Creative gentle Hatha Flow used to help strengthen the body in preparation for birthing with equal emphasis on breath awareness techniques to help relax and reduce stress. After baby is born Post Natal classes available to help regain strength and mobility.

How we expect you to feel?

Energised with a greater sense of calm in both the body and the mind.

What do you need?

Mat, blocks, belt, cushion/ bolster, towel and a blanket.
