How we teach this class in the House of Chi?

Pure release, that´s how we understand these classes. Restorative Yoga is a slow pace class, using props to hold poses for a long period of time (can go up to 20 min each pose, practicing stillness with breath awareness.

How we expect you to feel?

Sessions highly encourage physical, mental emotional release and deep relaxation.

What do you need?

Mat, blocks, belt, cushion/ bolster and a blanket.
