How we teach this class in the House of Chi?

In this class, we will be moving slowly and with increased breath awareness through the different sequences. This class will start with a short breathing exercise followed by several creative flows. We will focus on both gentle stretching and strengthening movements and letting go of built-up stress and tensions.

This class aims to increase your flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

What do you need?

Mat, blocks, belt and a towel.
